Processing time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Delivery timelines
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: 5–8 business days
- Remote/rural pin codes: 8–10 business days

Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
- A flat shipping fee applies on orders below ₹999 (displayed at checkout before payment)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may carry an additional COD handling fee, shown at checkout
Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Address changes Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only before the order is dispatched — contact us immediately at [support email/WhatsApp] if you've made an error.
Undelivered/returned-to-origin (RTO) parcels If a parcel is undelivered after multiple courier attempts and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund as per our Refund Policy.
